Timeless rebel

Master Sun-Tzu Said,

Invulnerability is
Defense;
Vulnerability is
Attack;

I add:

Invulnerability is
Wisedom
Vulnerability is
Unawareness

Lao-Tzu said:

A wise man is not taught,
A taught man is not wise

I say:

Being taught is being vulnerable.
Being wise is being invulnerable.

I question,

Why does people defend being vulnerable?

Assumption,

They are taught so.

Taught men are not wise.

I agree. However you probably missed the point/context.

The point is that a wise man is aware of his vulnerability, making him invulnerable while a taught man is unaware of his vulnerability making him vulnerable.

If you are aware of, for example, that you can't chop a tree with a saw, because your not strong enough. Than you can develop another solution for it (i.e grow muscles, use a chainsaw)

But if your not aware of it or maybe your taught that you can't chop that tree. You grow vulnerable.
